$100 – $150The University Health Network’s Pride in Patient Engagement in Research (PiPER) team is hosting the Second Annual PiPER Research Day! This year’s theme will explore the immense value that Neurodiversity and Inclusive Practices can bring to institutions and research.

This event is a chance for researchers, PLEX (Person(s) with Lived Experience), students, and others to gather in person, build relationships, share success stories and exchange the latest information while promoting and strengthening the current practices of patient engagement in research. Registration Information
NOTE: Registrations are non-refundable. In-person attendees can switch to virtual attendance for free.
In-person Attendance – $150/person (+fees and HST)
In-person registration includes:
- Networking Breakfast (includes continental breakfast – baked goods, yogurt, juice, coffee, and tea)
- Conference Materials
- Morning & Afternoon Coffee Breaks
- Lunch
After registering for In-Person attendance, you will receive two emails. One will contain your Registration Receipt and another (Thank You for Registering) will have your ticket as well as a link to “Open Event App” where you can access the Virtual Portal. Your In-Person registration cost includes access to the Virtual portal where you can choose to attend in-person or virtually (see below for virtual attendance details).
Virtual Attendance – $100/person (+fees and HST)
No need to commute to the Guild Inn! Attend from the comfort of your own home or office!
After registering for Virtual attendance, you will receive two emails. One will contain your Registration Receipt and another (Thank You for Registering) will have a link to “Open Event App” where you can access the Virtual Portal.
Please note that virtual attendents will only be able to view the sessions occurring in the main room. All other concurrent sessions (other breakout sessions, poster presentations, art exhibits, etc.) will not be available to view virtually at the time of the event. All other concurrent sessions will be recorded and available to view after the event has concluded.
