ASIST is a two-day workshop that provides suicide first aid training to participants. This training provides participants the competencies needed to prevent suicide by recognizing signs, providing a skilled intervention, and developing a safety plan to keep someone alive.

You do not need to work in the health or mental health field to take ASIST. We need people in all roles in the community to be ASIST trained to create a suicide-safer community!

In person event. This workshop is open to anyone 17 years or older.
