Join our 12-week virtual skills-based group designed to help adults with ADHD build practical systems for organization, time management, and emotional regulation. Facilitated by Dallas Davidson, MSW RSW, this program blends lived experience, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, and Wellness tools with real-life strategies that work for ADHD brains.
The Bootcamp is divided into three 4-week modules, making it easier to pace learning and sustain momentum. Each week combines structured teaching with compassionate accountability in a supportive virtual community—where participants often build lasting connections that continue well beyond the program.
