Accreditation & Quality Assurance

Accreditation

Osanis Inclusion Services Inc. has implemented a robust quality improvement process across the entire organization. This quality improvement process is guided by our unwavering commitment to enhancing the well-being of individuals who receive our services. We draw upon established best practices from the community, collaborate with related organizations, and actively seek input from our stakeholders.

Our accreditation through CARF

Our accreditation through CARF (Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities) is a testament to the quality of our services, as it signifies that we meet rigorous international standards. Additionally, it provides valuable insights into areas where we can further evolve and expand. Osanis Inclusion Services Inc. first achieved CARF accreditation in February 2018, marking the commencement of our ongoing commitment to excellence. We subsequently earned three-year accreditations from CARF in February 2021, and February 2024.

In February 2024, Osanis Inclusion Services Inc. will proudly be securing its third three-year accreditation from CARF. Our accreditation covers the following service areas:

  • Developmental Disabilities Support
  • Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders & Autism Spectrum Disorders Support
  • Home share & other support

CARF, an international non-profit organization with a history dating back to 1966, is responsible for accrediting human service providers. To assess the quality of our services, CARF dispatches a team of experienced professionals known as surveyors, who visit our homes and programs. They rigorously evaluate our services against a set of exacting standards, engaging with our staff members, families, advocates, and the individuals we support.
