This is a FREE event. Participants of all levels and abilities welcome!

All the equipment is provided and all that is needed is athletic wear and water bottle.

This is an opportunity to meet others, be active and have fun. It is held every Wednesday from 1:00 – 2:30 at SJ Willis Educational Center in Victoria.  If an individual has a support worker, they are welcome to come as well.

Please note: The volunteer staff does no personal care.

At SJ Willis, the gym is huge and if you want to just come and hang out in the gym during this time without playing floor hockey, this is also an option.
