DESCRIPTION:Join us for Yoga with Mel! Open to all levels of yoga experience\, this class focuses on breath\, movement\, and relaxation. This is a safe and welcoming for individuals of all abilities to explore the benefits of yoga. \nPROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: \n• A formal autism diagnosis is NOT required; participants can self-identify as Autistic. \n• Participants must have a CAN account. \n• Participants must be of the correct age when the program starts. \n  \nREGISTRATION INFO: \n• Registration is first-come\, first-served. Open while availability lasts. \n• Waitlist option will appear once the session is full.
