SUMMARY:Art Exploration for Grief and Loss
DESCRIPTION:The Sea to Sky Hospice Society is running a 4-week Art Exploration group for grief and loss. This free program is a safe and inclusive space to experiment with art while processing a range of emotional responses to grief. There are 8 spots available. \nJoin volunteer Art Exploration facilitators Grace and Jani for four sessions as they help to “draw out” the expression of grief and loss through the use of mixed art materials. Participants will benefit from facilitated peer support and the opportunity to express grief without words\, in this small group. \nRegistration is required.
