DESCRIPTION:We cannot slow the aging process in ourselves or in the people we care for! As we get older\, our ability to care for our family member becomes more and more difficult. Planning our own future\, and the future of our loved ones can be a terrifying process. Will we be able to provide the necessary care? Will they be well cared for in the future\, after we are gone? What can we do to make the future easier? Connecting with other families in similar situations is the best way to problem solve and figure out what will work best for our specific situations. DESCRIPTION:We believe that every parent & kinship caregivers are the expert of their own family. Sometimes it just takes a bit of space to hear yourself and the voices of other parents to find your way through.
