The Songhees Nation and other Indigenous and Two-Spirit guests of honour will open the parade at Fisgard and Douglas.\n \nAccessible Viewing Area with Live Audio Description\nThis space is for persons with disabilities (and their date\, friends\, family\, attendants) who want to enjoy the parade in an accessible setting (Maximum five people per group\, including person with disability). Tents and seating will be set up\, as well as water and snacks provided! The space will be set up in front of the Empress Hotel\, near the intersection of Government St. and Belleville St. \nRegistration is highly recommended! Register by Thursday\, July 4th at 4pm or come and take your chance on the day of the parade! \nIf you would like to view the parade from the accessible viewing area\, or if you have any questions\, contact Wendy at director@drcvictoria.com or 250-595-0044\, extension 107! \n
