Wear comfortable clothing\, bring a comforting beverage\, have a clear space on the floor with a chair or couch nearby for support\, but otherwise no special equipment required! \nTyra has been a yoga teacher for over 10 years. She is passionate about caring for the caregiver because she is one. She knows the power of pausing through breath work and loves to share restorative movement as part of that practice.
